Claude Routines

Schedule Claude Code agents that read your data and Telegram you a digest.

What this is, in 3 sentences:

1. A scheduled Claude Code agent runs in Anthropic's cloud on whatever cadence you pick.

2. It reads your Notion / Calendar / Slack / Gmail / Linear and assembles a message.

3. The message goes through a tiny Cloudflare Worker on YOUR account, which forwards it to YOUR private Telegram bot.

How to install

Click Download bundle. The file lands in your ~/Downloads folder.
Click Copy install prompt.
Open Claude Code (CLI in your terminal, or the desktop app).
Paste the prompt and send. Claude will extract the bundle, walk you through Telegram + Cloudflare setup, and verify with a test message.

Setup takes ~15 minutes. You'll need a Telegram account, a free Cloudflare account (the install walks you through signup if you don't have one), and your Claude plan with cloud routines enabled. Costs ~$0/month.

What gets installed where

~/claude-routines/ — the extracted repo (you can delete it after install if you want)
~/.claude-routines/config.json — your local config (chmod 600, never commit)
~/.claude/commands/new-routine.md — the /new-routine slash command
A Cloudflare Worker on your Cloudflare account
One environment variable + one allowed domain in your Anthropic Cloud Code env

I have ~/Downloads/claude-routines.tar.gz from a colleague. Please:

1. Extract it to ~/claude-routines (create the folder if it doesn't exist; replace it if it does).
2. cd into ~/claude-routines.
3. Run the /install slash command (it lives at .claude/commands/install.md inside the repo and should be auto-discovered when you cd in).
4. Walk me through each phase in plain English. Wait for my confirmation between phases.
5. If anything fails, translate the error into plain English and suggest a fix.

The /install command will guide me through Telegram bot creation, Cloudflare account setup, Worker deploy, and the Anthropic Cloud Code env config. At the end I should get a Telegram message confirming the whole pipeline works. After that, I'll run /new-routine to build my first routine.
